Technical Support Department was established to
consolidate and to bring together the various technical
skill sets of our systems, application, and network
engineers where they can be best applied and
utilized.

today’s environment where various technical skills are
required for products and applications in new
technologies, this consolidation of professional and
technical skills are where we can value-add and assist
our partners in forging ahead in new area of
businesses.
This
will benefit our partners most where and when these
technical skills and resources are scarce or
limited.

follows a tight escalation procedure. Micro Advisory has
a team of dedicated technical staff to support business
partners.

installation, preventive maintenance and repair of
equipment, with a goal of adhering to the highest
quality and performance standards.
