The secure operating system was originally designed to meet TCSSC/NCSC criteria at THE "Orange Book" B1 level. Today, FS carries the highest levels of independent, objective security certifications - Common Criteria Evaluation Assurance Level 4+ (EAL4+), ICSA, ITSEC E3, Firewall/VPN Checkmark and VPNC.
